Room Hire

The building has two Dance Studios, one larger then the other and one with raked seating. They are fully equipped with mirrors and ballet barres. The studios are regularly used for the practical classes of the dance Dance Foundation Degree program – a course that IRIE! dance theatre runs in partnership with City & Islington College and London Metropolitan University; the Laban Centre and Deptford Green School.

There are also two Teaching  Rooms and a large Seminar Room that can be divided  into three separate rooms.

There’s a cafe area and an atrium with raked seating overlooking Fordham Park.

Room Rates

There are three (3) rates available:

Commercial Rate

This is applicable to business organizations in the corporate sector.

Standard Rate

This is applicable to Statutory Companies, Local Authority Departments, Colleges, etc.,

Concessionary Rate

Voluntary Sector and Community Organizations
This is applicable to registered charities, Tenants’ Associations, etc.

Please note that Saturday and or evening hire may be subject to additional charges so please Contact Us for a more specific quote.
